cam duct 3d items numbering

Excuse me , i got an issue with fabrication CADmep 2018 " HVAC shop drawing" which is i can't make the numbers appear on the ducts as 3D viewing .

i can make it appear on the wireframe but when i turn it to isometric the numbers of the items disappear .

how can i make it appear !? and how can i change the color of numbers ?

I am not near a computer so I am unable to give better directions. There is a setting in the fabrication main database under annotation that toggles 3d annotation on and off. You need to turn yours on.
