[BUG] SIZE and ELEV text move, very rarely, on their own.

I can not reproduce this. It happens about once every 8 months. It has happened on all versions/service packs of the Fabrication software that I've used. It has happened on multiple users on different machines with different hardware.

• "Something" happens that causes some ELEV and SIZE text to move a seemingly random distance, a seemingly random cardinal direction, from where I placed originally it.
• Many of the elements move the same distance as other elements. Some move 20', some move 12', some move 13-4-7/8", etc. So there is some sort of pattern.
• I have never noticed it happen while actively working in a drawing. Nor have I noticed it happen after saving. I think it is highly unlikely that I would miss stuff moving as I'm working on it. This leads me to believe that it happens when opening the file.
• It's happened on numerous projects, with numerous different specs/services, in numerous different files.
• I am almost positive that it doesn't have to do with changing any settings (since I don't recall changing any settings/system variables lately).
• Not caused by a weird script or LISP.
• So far, it has only happened on pipe services. We haven't experienced it with duct.

I have attached three examples but it happened to about 70% of the text on that had been annotated already. It didn't do it to everything, though. Just most of it.

Any ideas on what could be causing it?
