Autodesk 2017 Fabrication upgrade problem

Recently upgraded to Fabrication 2017. Now the OD of castiron fittings are modeling out to the size of call out. Exp; 2in CI pipe is measuring 2in OD versus what the OD should be, 2.35 inches.
When I EDIT the branches, then the annotation SIZE is wrong. How do I get the fittings to model out per the ID as well as the correct annotation?

What version did you "Upgrade" from?

Did you roll out a new database configuration when you upgraded?  Each version ships with a default configuration but if you already have one, you want to use it and not swap that out. The Database Configuration doesn't get "Upgraded" like the software does.
