I just tried to put in a support ticket and could not get past the AI nonsense. It took me twice as long to get the ticket in because I had to get past the ridiculous suggestions. The Autodesk support AI is garbage. Whoever thought this up should be fired.
Autodesk is trying to become a monopoly while lacking customer service, just like supermarkets and their self checkout garbage. If Bricscad develops a 'Camduct' equivalent, Autodesk will lose customers hand over fist!
