2020 Fabrication CADmep, Labels are not able to be moved after showing them.

I am finding that I can't even grab a grip on a pipe label after toggling them on.

I have the same set up we had on 2018 and 2019 and no problem selecting and moving them.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
