Can you please reset my verification record,I have entered the wrong university name and not able to renew my student license .

Unfortunately the maximum number of verifications attempts was reached and
I'm unable to confirm my eligibility for educational access to Autodesk
products. Please also reset the my verification attempts so I can continue my
process.
