Unable to Restart Education Access, Can't Enter Customer Details

Hello, I'm stuck in selecting an educational role. It doesn't let me open the pop-up or select anything in it.

Also, my education access was already reset a week ago, but I still can't get past the same problem.

Our Education development team have just released a fix that should resolve this issue for you. If you're no longer stuck, I'd really appreciate hearing from you so I can pass this on to the team, otherwise, please don't hesitate to let me know if this issue persists so I can look at alternative resolutions.

Hello, I'm afraid the issue still persists. I've tried opening the same site in different browser, in incognito mode, and on different devices. I was not able to get past selecting an Educational Role and can't proceed past entering Customer details.
