Unable to create custom install

I have an education license activated for Autocad 2024 and am trying to create a deployment for SCCM. I'm attempting to use the Custom Install feature on the Autodesk Account page but the page says I don't have any products. Anyone else see this? I've tried chatting and opening a support ticket with no luck. Any help would be great.

Hi @leiferg,

Have you activated this license on a computer? Once you've activated it on one computer, this will register the license, allowing it to appear in your account.

Hi Leo,

Yes I have activated it on a computer successfully. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software then activated it again. It found the license from the first time and activated the software again but my account still does not have the software available. Anything else I can try?

Thanks!

Reach out directly to Autodesk Support. It took a couple of chat attempts but I got through. They had to manually add the license to my account and it eventually showed up for me to make the Custom Install I needed. Best of luck!
