I fill in the required information for the student license, but I cannot click on the confirmation button. I tried other solutions but they did not work.

Can you try verifying using the incognito/inPrivate mode of your web browser? This ensures any settings or cookies aren't interfering.

Yes I tried this, I even tried it on different computers and phone. But the problem persists, and I sent an e-mail to Sheerid support, but there is no response yet. Thank you for return.
