Unable to change my graduation details

Hello, I'm updating my educational details as I do it every year. My passout year is June 2025 but it appears that I have by mistakenly changed it to 2026. I'm finding it difficult to change the year I passout. I'm unable to change it on the website. When i click it doesn't open. Please help me with this. I have my college ID with 2025 as passout year.

Hi @Kevinfakeid2,

The graduation date does not impact the verification process as some students may retain one account throughout their time in education as they pass through high school to university, etc.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any further questions and I'd be happy to answer them.

All the best,
