Unable to change country when confirming student eligibility

I am attempting to confirm my eligibility for student access to Fusion 360 yet I am unable to enter my school information as the country defaults to Brazil and will not allow me to change it to USA. I live and go to school in the USA and have never even been to Brazil so I am not sure why it would even be there in the first place. I have wasted my time with the "virtual assistant" only for it to tell me that I have already submitted documents to SheerID, when I have not submitted anything because my country is stuck in Brazil!. How do I fix this so I can get back into my account?

I've reset your education profile and verification status as they were appearing with the Brazil institution. Please try reverifying and let me know if this fixes the issue,

The school is CGMA but doesn't let me, also doesn't let me put any date before November 2023

I've checked the CGMA website and I cannot see any government accreditation listed on the website. This is a requirement for an institution and its students to qualify for the Autodesk Education Plan.
