Steps to reproduce
I am trying to renew my student license on the Autodesk website. After I follow all the given details on how to renew my student license the site says "Not Responding" I have tried everything to resolve the problem like taking in my laptop to an IT store, using different browsers and a few more things provided on the Autodesk website.
Expected results
That I get assisted on my issue and that I can get my student license active again.
Actual results
Still waiting for the license to get renewed so that I can continue with my studies.
