The option "Renew educational access!" does not appear.

I would like to renew my educational access and whenever I click on the banner that appears when the software opens, it takes me to the product page and the product I want to renew does not give me the "renew" option. What should I do in this case?

Can you try downloading any product on the education product page whilst your are signed in? Does this prompt you to renew?

I just did this test, I went to the product list and clicked on a random product (Revit), then it sent me to this page below!👇

Hi @juniorgouveia_se,

My mistake - I did not realise you were a Mentor! Mentor accounts can only be renewed once access has expired but you can easily renew by downloading any products you need to access (you shouldn't need to reinstall, the download button is also what assigns you a new license).

So I just have to wait for my access to be expired and then go back to my profile and click on the download option for the same product. In this case, Alias ​​and VRed, and then the access is renewed, is that it?!

Good afternoon, 

I´ve tried several times to renew my student access but I´m not able to do so. My license expires the 20th of march. I´d like to solve this problem before this happens so I don´t have to restart it.
