The information I have is that my educators account is valid until the 4th May, but all my students' accounts have expired and I can't renew them. Fusion 360 is the principle product we need now.
Trying to renew my account results in no change. Following all the online help leads to the 'get products' answer which doesn't do anything.
Signing out and in, using different browsers, clearing cash, reassigning the products to all users individually, all does nothing and even I can't access Fusion 360 any more.
Thank you so much for your time and any help you can give us.

Hi @bduxbury,
I can see that whilst your account has Educational Access, your Fusion 360 Licenses have expired.
By the 'Get Products' answer, do you mean to try downloading Fusion 360 or starting a Fusion 360 Class license?
If you've not tried the above, please try doing so as this should fetch a new license to your account.
Otherwise, I'll reach out to the Education Team to find out the next steps,
All the best,

Dear Leo Warren,
Thank you for you time and answer.
All the advice on getting the account renewed or working again involves going through various stages but always result in a step involving going through the 'get product page' at some point.
When I can click on the button it each time opens a window too say that my license as bee extended for 1 year, then when I close that window it says my license is valid until May 4th 2024, all the pupils can not access their software though because they have the message that their account expired on either the 31st December or the 5th January.
Downloading Fusion 360 results in a desktop copy that then can't be used due to the license having expired.
We've been working on trying to get a resolution from someone since the middle of December so any help you can give us is very gratefully received.
Thank you
