Hi,
I am having an issue trying to use Eagle student version. I have gone through the student verification process in the past, but I accidentally let it expire about a month ago. Last night, I went through the steps to get it renewed and it was much quicker. It shows in my account and when I go to the educational access page it asks me to sign in and verify that I have access. It then takes me to a website that has a banner saying that I have student access until a year from now, and gives me the catalog of educational software to download.
That is great but then when I go to use Eagle or Fusion360 I cannot use the educational priveleges. I have tried logging in and out of the apps, reinstalling them and nothing is working. Any advice? Is there a few days that it may take to go through for education access? I would think the same thing, but there is a banner in the products section that states that I have access. Maybe it will take longer to get to the app, does anyone know how long this may be or what may be going on here?
Thank you in advance!

Hi @Anonymous,
How long have you had an educational license? It's possible you were under the old 3-year system.
If so you just need to request the new licenses from https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview.
Just start the download for the products you need, you can cancel any you don't need, it's just downloading the installer from the education page that also gives you the license.
@Anonymous
Were you able to get this resolved?
Mike
I am having the same issue. Every time I open Inventor or rivet it tells me I'm (un able to activate licence) but I've had the conformation email to say I'm eligible and can downloads all the programs fine.
ive uninstalled them and reinstalled them trying to get it to work.
everyone else in my class have had no problems so its just my computer.
I've tried to get into contact with Autodesk but there is no were to get help from anyone.
I don't know if its the computer I'm using or something else I cant get help anywhere.
Hi, I have the same issue as bleverett3, I have my educational access valid, it even shows it to me on the website, from where I can download, or get the licenses for the Autodesk products.
But the issue is, that somehow it seems these licenses do not work for me, I tried to download the Fusion 360, but it always shows that my subscription has expired, I tried to reinstall it, but that did not help. Even when I open Online Fusion 360 it shows that my subscription has expired. I tried to activate AutoCAD as well, I got a license but even that did not work.
So it seems to me that I have active educational access, but it does not work.
Does anyone know where could be the problem, and how to solve it?
Thank you

Educators setting up student access for a class:
I registered for educational access through the Autodesk Education Community and received a confirmation email stating that I am eligible for a free one-year educational license valid until 2025-11-30. However, when I log into my account and go to the Products & Services section, it says:
"No products available. Either you haven’t purchased any products or your organization hasn’t assigned you product access."
Additionally, there are no options to "Download" or "Get Access" for AutoCAD or any other Autodesk products, despite my educational status being verified. I have tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, and ensured I am logged into the correct account, but the issue persists.
I need assistance in resolving this issue to access and download AutoCAD under my educational license.
Same here; I have granted student access after confirming with my school logins. I have been redirected to the official Autodesk website, where I can select the products I want to access. When I click the product, then it says select the valid option of your access, and I select student and get access. Now I am on a blank page where it starts to search for hours finding a way of not letting me in and finally grants me an error saying not able to access. I need a quick response from the service providers or scholars to help me navigate to the download products page without any more hiccups.
Hi @patrunyura,
Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
I apologise for the late reply - I've just checked your account and I still cannot see any product licenses. Can you try downloading AutoCAD from the Education product page?
