It was not possible to post it without logging in
I am a student and followed the process for a autocad license. The process for subscribing went fine but after the authentication with my university ID, the SheerID verification never ended but on the other window the message 'Congratulation your educational access is confimed'. I did not receive any email though.
I restarted the all process but after entering and confirming my email address, I was re-directed to the log in page. I entered my email but my account was unknown as it was not created yet.
can you please help as I am blocked?
