Hi! I can't find the renew button under the education community page or get product page. I tried to download one software and it is successful without asking me to renew. how can I renew?23567515_0-1722158081357.png

Hi @23567515,

 

Can you click the select button under the product you wish to access and share a screenshot? Normally, there should be a renew button but I'll pass this feedback on to our Education team.

Hi @23567515,

Can you see the option to renew now? Student accounts can only reverify within 30 days of their access expiring but this is often calculated from a US time zone.

Hi 

I can't find any renew options yet. The expiry date is different in 2 pages. What's wrong with my account?

Can you click the select button under one of the products on the Education product page?

Hi @23567515,

The Education team have got back to me and have recommended the following:

 

Can you try clicking the select button for a product you do not currently have access to such as Maya or Inventor?
