No Renew Button for Student

I received an email 30 days ago notifying me that I need to renew access to my Autodesk subscription. However, I see no personalized banner showing the renewal button. So I thought I needed to wait 30 more days and let the access expire to update my banner. However, there is still no renewal button to renew my access. Attached here is the screenshot of my banner.

Can someone help me on renewing my student license? Thank you.

Hi @occanlas,

Can you try downloading a product you currently don't have? This should then prompt you to reverify and update your Education access for the year ahead.

I have the same problem, no renew banner. Tried your solution to download a product I do not have, and it did not fix the issue.  Seems a widespread issue that no banner shows up for renewing Educational licenses.

had same problem but solved it by adding a new software i hadn't installed before. 

hopefully next year they will figure it out otherwise i might run out of things that will trigger the renew option rather than an endless download/install loop.
