No renew button for student subscription

Dear Community!

I'd like to get some help with my student subscription. Today I received and email that my subscription will expire and I should renew it. I tried it but there is no banner to be found so I have no "renew button" option. I also tried another way. I clicked on a product in the education product section. I signed in then it auto-filled my data, then i clicked on the submit button but it says it ran into a problem. I also tried to access products I haven't yet used, but that didn't work either. I checked every student-license site on the website but nothing seems to help. Please give me some directions what I should do.

I've also attached 2 pictures. One is showing there is no banner on the education product page. The other one is showing the failed attempt after pressing the submit button.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @jarjatamas,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I've just checked your account, which is showing as verified into 2025 with AutoCAD, Inventor, Advance Steel, Inventor Nastran and VRED Pro - so you should be all set. I would instead like to take the opportunity to make sure you're all up and running on your computer, given your account is all good. If everything is sorted, I'd be happy to hear from you; otherwise, please let me know of any issues or questions.

All the best,

Thank you for the reply!

Luckily I found the solution in the meantime.

The way I found the banner was.

Sign in ---> account icon ---> products and services ---> add products, and then it popped up.
So it basically wasn't at the educational products page after signing in.

I hope it helps those who are still struggling.
