License manager not working

I have an issue accessing 3DS max. After login into the license manager, I launch the application and it fails to launch with this message.

I tried the suggested solution to reinstall the licence manager, without success.

 

The only (painful) way to make it work is to do the following:

  • restart the computer
  • Immediately after it starts, launch 3DS (this time it works)
  • when I check the license manager info, it shows me logged in
  • A few minutes later it "disconnects" and I'm unable to launch 3DS

Any suggestions?
