Is the 1 year student license limited to only the 'AutoCAD Web' products, rather than the AutoCAD for windows product?

I have a 1 year student license. Previously I was using 'AutoCAD Web' on a mac, but now I have a windows machine. I am repeatedly trying to select the 'AutoCAD' for windows from the product page -- I believe that that version is a download?

When I choose AutoCAD for Windows, my Autodesk account seems to keep rerouting me to "Student Subscription Plans" page, where I am only offered 'AutoCAD Web' and 'AutoCAD Web - Mobile App'.

Please advise if this is happening because I can only subscribe to one product during the year trial? How can I unsubscribe to the AutoCAD Web, and subscribe to AutoCAD for Windows?

There also appears to be no live chat or email contact for support. Is there a support email I can contact to help with this?

Thanks!

Andrea

Hi @madeofstars7,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I apologise for the late reply as I was on vacation last week. I've just checked your account and I can see an AutoCAD license assigned to your account so you should be able to download AutoCAD from your account, which can be accessed here.

I hope this helps,
