Inventor and Fusion problems

Hello,

I have two problems, but I think they are connected.

My education plan expired. I tried to restart access for Fusion, but the countdown to the expiration date was still there. After it expired, I tried to get access again, but it said that I already have access.

Then I tried to start Inventor, for which the education license should also work, but it has no license. Renewing the license just takes me back to the download page.

Since I renewed the license, I can't see my hub or the team hub.

When I'm on https://manage.autodesk.com/uma/product-list/products, I see the seats, but it always says they are expiring in "-3 days," for example, even though I renewed access.

I hope this is understandable. I'm not a native speaker.

Thank you for your help!

Hi @silolol9,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I've just checked your account and everything looks good, so I'd recommend resetting the license service for Fusion and Inventor. For Fusion, you should be able to resolve this by signing out of Fusion, restarting your computer and signing in again. For Inventor, I'd recommend following this article.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Hi @LeoWarren-EDU ,

I've completely reinstalled Fusion, deleted all related files on my computer, logged out and back in, and restarted the computer. Unfortunately, the documents from both my own team and the team I share with fellow students are still not showing up.

I also reinstalled Inventor and followed your recommendations, but that didn’t work either.

Additionally, my account still doesn’t reflect the renewed licenses, even though I received a message once saying that the renewal was successful.

Maybe the pictures help. I think Fusion is starting without the Licenceproblem because the System says I have a Trail.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @silolol9,

I apologise for the late reply. Unfortunately, I can't see any further into why your licenses wouldn't automatically renew, so I'm going to create a case for you with our Education support team, who will be able to look into this further.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further issues or questions,

All the best,

Hi Everyone,
In the spirit of transparency, I've marked the above reply as an accepted solution as our support team were able to resolve the issue by updating the subscription renewal from Autodesk's side. If you experience the same issue in the future, please reach out to our Education Team through the Autodesk Assistant.
