I am facing trouble repeatedly in trying to get my Autodesk account registered as a student account. I am stuck at the Autodesk Educational Verification Page. Its asking me to upload a College ID/ Tuition Receipt/ School Transcript to verify my eligibility. Accordingly I uploaded my marksheet which states my full name and University name. After submitting I received an email from Autodesk saying "Unable to confirm eligibility for Autodesk education access ".
I tried signing in to Autodesk with a different email id and uploaded my marksheet but the same email appears from Autodesk.
I have attached the screenshots of the Autodesk education verification page, the email I received from Autodesk and also a copy of my college marksheet that I uploaded for verification. I don't understand what am I doing wrong. Please help me.

All documentation needs to include your full name, the full name of your education institution as well as date within the current term. I'm currently seeing an unsupported document flag on your account, so I'd recommend using the templates we have of status letters for students and faculty. The documentation you have submitted is from the 2011-2016 period - you must be a current student or educator at eligible educational institution to access the Autodesk Education Plan.
I hope this answers your question,
