I can't renew student access

Steps to reproduce
When I try to renew my student license the page does not seem to respond. It gives me the possibility of adding the postal address of the University and its website, however the confirm button is unusable.

Expected results
Renew my license.

Actual results
Confirm button is not working.

Thank you for your help.

I changed the address, typed it in manually and clicked outside the boxes.

School information fields are filled by default, so I can’t make any changes.

Nothing has worked, the button is not enabled 😞

I am also encountering problems in renewing my student license. 

Every time I renew it, this pops up. (See attached image) 

I tried doing the steps that have been posted but It can't seem to solve the problem. Can you help me out?
