I can't renew my Autodesk student license

Steps to reproduce
I can't renew my license, the first time I tried I got a banner saying I was still eligible but still the expiration notice didn't go away so I tried the second time it redirected me to a page asking me to enter the website from my university, I put it in but the button to confirm doesn't work! I tried several times and the problem continues!


Expected results

I want the confirm button to work so I can renew my license

I am having a similar problem. I need to renew my educational access for another full year. The renew educational access web page form does not work. I have tried three different browsers, and it will not let me renew my educational access.

Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on the Education product page? There should be the option to renew in the banner - if this is not the case I can refer this to our development team.
