I can't advance my subscription plan it just stays at the personal information it can't move on to the next questions

When i was gonna subscribe as a student in this CAD at first, it was okay, i filled up the information needed and put student and my birth date now. here comes the problem, when I pressed continue It just freezes there. I reload the website, I re log in my account. it's still the same it won't go to the next fill up question.
