How to change educational role to staff/educator

Hi, 

I'm also having the same problem, my account changed to student version instead of Educational version. If there's a need of details again to verify or upload please let me know, I'm already teaching BIM since 2022 and my class is going to start next week and I encourage my students to register for a student account.

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I've reset your education verification - can you try submitting documentation from your institution? This could also include documentation using the templates available for students and faculty.
Can you try reverifying? Please feel free to reach out if you have any further issues or questions,

Yes, they have advised me to contact sheer ID for verification, that was the missing page I was looking for where I will upload  and sent the necessary documents for educational access, Thank you so much!
