Finding your Request code - Serial Number for Autodesk Product

Greetings to everyone,

Here is Marco, an Admin IT for educational purposes.

I've a problem about the serial number activation method for the new serial numbers generated and released automatically from the Autodesk System.

Previously to activate the numeric serial of an Autodesk product, you only needed to use an account, I used the administrator account anyway, to unlock it the first time and make it available for the whole institution.

Now Autodesk asks you to unlock it but in the procedure it also asks for a Request Code that should be on the software or somewhere (it's not even in the educational contract number, it's just nonexistent) and that would be used just to activate the license.

Does anyone else have this problem?

It turns out to be impossible to activate the software on the administrator side and the only solution at the moment would seem to be to contact Autodesk directly and have the license manually unlocked.. Really weird!
