i got access to student product Autodesk_AutoCAD_2025_en-US_setup_webinstall after one of the agents giving me a link to the student products. I am using windows 11, and the installation has failed for the last almost 24 hours. I have tried all the methods suggested but it has failed. i have even changed versions of AutoCAD but it made no difference.

Hi @jonathan_kakande,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community! I apologise for the late reply as I was on vacation last week.

Have you tried extracting the installer using 7-Zip? This should then allow you to open the installer as an .exe?

I look forward to hearing from you,
