Hi! I happen to also miss my student account renewal date by 1 day, and am still elegible for the student license. I followed every step of the instructions, even uninstalled the old softwares of the expired version, and installed them again, but the license won't restart. Is there anything I could try to see if my account has restarted?

To be more precise, in step 3 I can select the software I wish to get, but instead of a checkout followed by filling in basic information about my school and myself, the selected software just starts to download itself. There really isn't a step to confirm my elliginility (even though I am still ellegible). Thank you in advance for the help

Thank you so much for the feedback - I will pass this onto our Education team, so they are aware and can make any needed adjustments. I've just checked your account and I can see that you are reverified into 2025 and have access to Fusion, Revit and AutoCAD.
