Educational Access not working + Autodesk Assstan not working

Hello, I would like to ask for your help. I obtained a school license for AutoCAD, and it worked for a few days, but now I am getting notifications in AutoCAD that my license is invalid, even though I checked the license again today on the Autodesk Education & Students page. I urgently need to work on things for submission at the end of the semester. Could you please advise me on what the problem might be? I wanted to consult Autodesk assistent since there is no other contact to support, but the assistant always stop reacting after I choose that I need to help with eudcational software.

Can you share a screenshot of the message you are seeing in AutoCAD? I've checked your account, and everything looks fine on our end, so I'm wondering if the issue is with the software fetching your license.
