Education Plan Need to re-download Revit due to crash but have exceeded 3 permitted downloads

Does anybody know how I get permission to re-download Revit for a 4th time (education plan) due to crashes?  Each time I try, it downloads only 7-10% and then I get an "error 10" message.

Sounds like an issue with your browser/internet. It is a few GB in size. Insufficient hardware also may not be able to handle it. Try with fast Internet/PC.

once you are successful, save those files for later. 

Since they let you download at all, I don't think it is a limit by Autodesk. but i don't know since we have the regular version and I don't recall downgliding 3 times. If the limit for student licenses is 3 downloads, they likely wouldn't let you downloads 10%.

Can you try using the browser/direct download option rather than the install method?  I'd recommend reading this article for the different methods available.
