Did not verify as student past 20 minutes

Hello
I have applied for my student id along with my other classmates for fusion and they have all got their verification email quickly except for me. I want to know if there is an issue from my side, or from the server. It has been past two hours and I have not received the verification mail yet. Thank you to anyone helping me out.

I've just checked your account and I can see that there was a mismatch between the institution you selected and the institution on your documentation. Can you resubmit and make sure these details match up?
