Hello,
I am having trouble changing my role from student to educator. From what I understand, the only way to do this is for an Autodesk support staff to do it on their end, however, as far as I can tell, no technical support is available through Autodesk for education licenses. Does anyone know how to go about this? It seems the options have changed since a year ago when I renewed my access till now, and I am at a dead end.

I can see your account is verified until 2025, so you still have access to named user licenses. As you have already verified this year, I can't reset your profile.

I needed to renew my educational access urgently so I created a new account where I did so. Does this mean that even if my role is changed I am unable to get educational access on this account? I've been using this account for years but guess if I have to use a different account for the next year that's okay, just want to know.
