Change eligibility Education Plan for Network educational licenses

Hello, I am an IT administrator for a school, I already have confirmed eligibility as educator. I am trying to get a network license for AutoDesk products.

How I can change eligibility to obtain access to multi-user and network educational licenses?

Hi @vytautasULCMD,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community! I apologise for the late reply as I was on vacation last week.

I've just checked your account which is now showing as an ITAdmin with an AutoCAD Multi-Seat Stand-Alone license registered. Are you still looking to use a network license - I'd be happy to help you get started. If everything is okay, I'd be happy to hear; otherwise please feel free to send me any questions.

All the best,

Thanks for your concern and sorry for not reporting. Everything is fine now, I managed. Helped to get organized with the help of Autodesk - provided a clear action plan, according to which I worked.
