Cannot download my Invertor professional certificate in Autodesk Education

Hello,

I cannot download my Invertor professional certificate as I did not allow for surveys in Autodesk Education, therefore when click on survey status "NOT COMPLETE" in "My Courses," the page refreshes but does not produce the survey. Without completing the survey I cannot download the certificate. Please help as I spent a lot of time and money on this to complete this course. 

I tried to solve this problem by checking the box to receive email requests to complete surveys, as seen in attachment. But every time I check the box and save the changes to my profile, then refresh the page the box is not checked, meaning it didn't save the changes to my profile.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, but it seems there is not support for it from Autodesk. Did you fix the issue?
