Can not used Autocad2021 because of account

Im student of Hanoi University of civil engineering , located in HaNoi city 100000 , i downloaded autocad2021 before , yesterday i cant not used it because it required me "Eligible" or something about my account

Hi @nhung157663,

Unfortunately AutoCAD 2021 is no longer available for the Education plan, with support extending to the current version plus the next three versions. As of writing, this would include 2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022. You can access an AutoCAD license by downloading from the Education product page. You don't need to reinstall if you have already downloaded a supported version - this process also assigns a license to your account.
