Can not download AutoCAD for student for an existing Autodesk account

Steps to reproduce
I am an undergraduate student. Already I have an Autodesk account on the email address. I wanted to download AutoCAD for the student version, but when I go to ''Autodesk educational access > 1. Customer details'' There I was given my name, existing Autodesk email address, and birthday, but then the 'Continue' option link was not enabled. I can not continue to fill next step information about "2. Educational Institution".

Expected results
1. I Want to get access to AutoCAD for student.
2. Want to give access and fill in "educational institution" information and also "educational verification" info in the "Autodesk educational access" information page.
2. Want to fill in the details of Autodesk educational access > 1. Customer details > Continue > 2.Educational Institution

Actual results
At "Autodesk educational access" at the end of the first step "Customer details" "CONTINUE" option not showing ( not enabled). Can't go to fill next step of "2.Educational Institution"
