Autodesk Education: Difficulties getting network license for university

Hello, I am an IT administrator for a university. I am trying to get a network license for AutoDesk products for my users using these instructions: https://www.autodesk.com/support/account/education/admin/lab-setup.
Under step 1 of “Get a network license and deploy your products” of these instructions:

I see the Class/Lab tab that I am supposed to click on for less than a second before the page completely changes and the option disappears. Nothing happens when I manage to click on it in that half second window.

How do I generate a network license file for Autodesk products that can be used by lab computers in my university?

Hi @daniel_griffithZWYB4,

I've checked your account, and I can see serial numbers for Network licenses that are yet to be registered. You can register your license using RegisterOnce and by following the steps here.

Once registered, you can then generate a license file to be used by your Network License Server,

I hope this helps; please feel free to reach out if you need any help,

All the best,
