AUTODESK EDUCATION - Change School

I have a problem with verification, I am a high school teacher. In the educational institution selection window there is the old name of the school. A few years ago, the school changed name but is located in the same place. My school certificate contains the new name of the school. The first verification was rejected. I need AutoCad software to make lessons in the subject "design of welded structures". What should I do in this situation?

Hello LeoWarren, 

I've tried everything but i have the same issue. I entered the wrong institution name, and now asking me for documents wich are getting rejected because of the wrong name. The correct institution is Amsterdam university of applied sciences. Can you maybe change that for me too? I would be really grateful. In the picture you can see which name needs to be changed.

I've issued a full Education Profile reset - the institution you choose will appear where you indicated on the last image.

You should be able to choose your institution.

Please let me know if that isn't the case and I'll get that fixed for you,
