Autocad 2025 student license renewal

Hello,

I have problem with renewing my student license, my license expired on 5th of September. I got email saying I can restart my access, but when i click it takes me to the store page where I can download it, but when i download it and start it up it says access expired and asks if I'm still eligible which I am. I click restart access and it takes me back on the store page to download it again. I have updated my Autodesk access and Adsklicensing and it still doesn't work. I am logged in with my school account, that should have access to AutoCad. And every time I go to account management sites it sends me to the store page or the suggested things that don't exist. I am just lost and I keep running in circles.

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Can you try downloading a product you don't currently have access to? (Such as Revit). This should prompt the on-screen instructions for renewing your account to appear.
