Hi @cerenb2337,
Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
I recommend following this article to reset AutoCAD's licensing service and force the software to fetch a new license.
I hope this helps,

Hello, my problem is still not solved. When I enter Autocade, the license renewal page appears. Then, when I click on it, sometimes it redirects me to the products without opening the student tab, and sometimes I get the response that there was a problem on our side even though I provided my student information. Can you please give me a solution very quickly?
I'm taking my steps as I go to autocade again. Then I can't continue progressing.
Hi @cerenb2337,
Please follow the instructions in this article to reset the licensing service. I've checked your account, which is verified into 2025 with an AutoCAD license, so the issue is more likely than not on the software side rather than the account side.
All the best,
