Is there any site where you can check the validity of the certificate that a person received at the ATC. Something like an open search by certificate number

If the certificate was done with Certiport, you can check here: https://mycourses.pearsonx.com/px-certificate/verify

For newer certificates, the certification will appear in the users Credly profile,
