Weird soldermask error on push to Fusion360

Hello,

I'm not sure if I clicked something on accident or what happened, but all of the sudden my board in Fusion360 is showing up with the top canvas solder-mask screwed up. It's almost like it's now inverted showing green where there should be exposed copper and vice-versa but also with brown all around open areas.

This board was designed in Eagle and pushed to Fusion 360.

Anyone know what I might have done and how to resolve it?

Thanks!

Hi @coyt.barringer,

This is really odd, by any chance did you modify the thickness of the PCB? It almost looks like the canvas image is sunk below the copper features and that's what gives it the weird appearance.

@yqliu Maybe you have a better idea of what could be going on?

In any case, if you are open to sharing the files with us that will make it much easier to troubleshoot and see what could be going on.

@coyt.barringer , can you check if you added some dimension or text outside of the board region. If so, please try to move it to a different position and try again. If it's not the case or it doesn't work, can you share your pcb file?

So a couple updates and some sorta bad news. I was able to fix the issue - I think - however unfortunately I'm still not exactly sure what the problem was and I can't recreate it now that it's fixed.

What I did to fix was turn off all layers except my top origin and top. Then I selected all top components on main board and just shifted every part off the board itself. Upon push to Fusion it was fixed. I could re-create by shifting parts back to their original spot.

Unfortunately, after shifting random things around trying to isolate what was causing the problem, it eventually started working fine and I could no longer recreate the original issue.

I'll let you know if the problem ever pops back up. I'm wondering if, as you say, my group command shifted something in a weird manner, and by moving a bunch of stuff around I cleared the error.

Unfortunately I can't share the file for this.

Thanks for the support.
