I can't seem to get Eagle to run. I'll double click the icon, it pops up with the opening, but then gives me a blank screen and never closes or crashes.
Running Eaglecon.exe on my Windows 10, 64-bit, I get this message in command line:
Attempted to use GDI functions with a non-opengl32.dll library
QWindowsGLContext::QWindowsGLContext: Unable find a suitable pixel format.

Hello @thlmuir,
I hope you're doing well. Don't run eaglecon, it's a headless(non-GUI) version of EAGLE that can be used for some specific automation purposes. In regards to the blank screen this issue has already been reported, the first thing to try is to update your video card drivers. You don't mention what version of EAGLE you are using but I'm assuming 8.0.2.
If the upgrade of your drivers doesn't solve the issue, then hang tight the developers are aware of this and they are working on it.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
Best Regards,
