[ULP]Import netnames from a CubeMX project

I have created an ULP which could be used to import net names from a STM32/STM8 CubeMX project to EAGLE just with a few clicks:

It would be relatively easy to add support for another tools like Microchip Code Configurator or TIVA PinMUX from TI.
