ULP for export to EMF v9+

Hello all, 

As part of my thesis I've created small ulp for exporting schemes and PCBs to EMF format.

Please feel free to test it out/suggest improvements. 

I've been testing it using Adobe Illustrator.

Hi Roman,

Nice work! I've just given this a quick try on one of my boards, it exported as expected and I was able to drag/drop into Microsoft Word on my Mac to view it and it looked great. This will be a fantastic addition for helping document designs! I'll keep on using it and if I come up with any suggestions for improvements I'll let you know.
