As per title, I'm changing a 2 layer design to 4 layer, and so updated the project with the usual (1+2*15+16) settings but it seems like something is wrong as route2 is not orange, but some cross-hatch blue color.and route15 is crosshatch red. These have been filled with solid polygons for GND and VCC, and so should appear solid. I've tried closing and opening the project again, but this problem remains. Do I need to start a new project?

I think the hatched blue and red were the default colours for layers 2 & 15 at one point. Try running one of the "defaultcolours" type scripts, or edit the colour to your liking via the layers menu.

Thanks, this is the first time I've altered an existing 2 layer design to 4 layer. I usually start a new design for 4 layers, so maybe this is just "something that happens".
