Suggestion: Provide error when trying to "Copy to library" when no lib open

Minor suggestion -- I was trying to copy a component from one library to another so I right clicked it in the Control Panel->Library and saw "Copy to library" was disabled but I had no idea why.

I then read through the manual regarding copying to library and learned I have to have a library open in order to use that functionality which worked fine. The usage is fine, but it would be nice if the "Copy to library" was in fact always available and if no library was open, then Eagle can simply alert the user they need to first open a library (rather than chasing down why it was disabled). This would just be a more intuitive flow.

This could be improved further by allowing them to choose a library to copy to if they don't have a library open already.

Thanks!
