Simulation in Eagle using IC netlist file

Hello all,
I'm currently building my PCB with Eagle (9.2.2), and I would like to simulate my circuit using Eagle (and not in LTSpice). However, I am facing some serious problems that I would like some help.
I'm using a IC that is not available at Eagle (AD8232). However, I have found a .cir file (attached) that I can open using LTSpice as a netlist and use that to create a symbol.
Is there any way I can do the same using Eagle? (i.e., use the .cir file to create a symbol in Eagle)?
Should I use ULP cmd-net-list2sch? If so, how can I do that?
Secondly, should the label of the resistors (R1, R2, ..)/ capacitors (C1, C2, ...) that I connect to my IC be equal to the corresponding resistors/ capacitors that are presented in the .cir file? For example, if the .cir file says that the IN1 and IN2 ports should be connected by a resistor R1, should I insert a resistor named R1 connecting those two ports in my simulation?
I would really appreciate some help, given that I love Eagle but am a noobie 🙂
Best wishes,
Diogo
